I’m a Baltimore native, pastry chef, and lifelong baker with roots stitched deeply into this city. I grew up here, built a family here, and spent years watching the food scene evolve from the inside out. Eventually, “doing my own thing” stopped feeling like a dream and became the only next step that made sense.
Pastry is where instinct meets intention for me. I’m driven by precision, by creativity, and by the quiet thrill of watching simple ingredients transform. The process is always evolving and so am I.
